I hired this company to mount my tv over the fireplace and connect a soundbar which I paid $425. As a result, the tv was so close to the wall, you could not reach behind the tv to the connections if you needed to. Also, the tv was placed so low down it was literally sitting on top of the soundbar. This was a new soundbar but it was not connected properly to get the sound through it. I called the sound beam company and they tried to walk me through the connection, but I could not even see or reach behind the tv to reconnect anything. This is also in addition to an extra hole they put in the wall unnecessarily because they miscalculated.
I ended up buying another tv mount and calling another company to reinstall it, which I had to pay for all over again. His comment to me was, whoever did this work did a sh%#@y job. A new outlet even had to be installed cause where they put it did not hook up to the cable box incorrectly. I email Tamir to let him know how dissatisfied with the work, and he basically blamed me insinuating I should have told them where it needed to go. So, needless to say, I do not recommend them and would not use them again.
